Neil brings over 20 years of corporate finance and management experience covering a wide range of industries, including hospitality, corporate finance, and real estate. Neil currently serves as the CEO and President of Triple Tap Ventures LLC, which consists of the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema franchisee for several territories in Texas, a licensee of The Stand - American Classics Redefined, and owner of Loop 9 BBQ.

Under Neil's leadership, the Company has grown the Alamo brand with locations in Houston, Lubbock, and El Paso. In addition, he has expanded Triple Tap's brand portfolio with The Stand and Loop 9. Neil also serves as the President of the ADC Franchisee Association, representing all Alamo franchisees nationwide.

Neil's experience includes investment banking and corporate finance positions. Neil was a partner at the New York-based investment banking firm TM Capital Corp. He also served as the head of investment banking for an institutional-focused financial services firm, APS Financial Services. In addition, he served as the managing director of a real estate development firm, IDM Properties, where he directed raising capital and deal structuring for its projects.

Derek brings over 20 years of expertise in hospitality and entertainment. He currently serves as the Vice President of Operations here at TTV.

His distinguished career includes notable leadership roles as a franchisee of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, franchise operations director for Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, as well as multi-unit leadership at cinema diner and casual dining concepts.

Known for building robust teams and cultivating positive workplace cultures, Derek is a visionary thinker committed to establishing and maintaining high standards for execution.

Jessie is a seasoned professional in the dining industry with a career spanning back to 1997. Having dedicated seven years to Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC., she ascended to Service Manager in 2000.

Jessie later joined Brinker International's Macaroni Grill franchise for 11 years, where she worked in multiple roles: as a Service Manager, Kitchen Manager, and General Manager for her last six years. Her extensive experience now includes eight years at Alamo Drafthouse, where she is currently our Regional Director overseeing all operations.

Alberto has over 15 years of experience in accounting within the marketing, food service, and hospitality industries. As the Controller here at TTV, he oversees financial operations and insight.

Alberto has experienced many successful audits, system conversions, and new store openings. His focus is clean books, budgets, data reporting, forecasting, and cash management.

John Saldivar

John has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, with a short stint in retail. He’s helped several restaurants work toward growth, and John is now the Director of Operations here at TTV, which includes Alamo Drafthouse, The Stand, and Loop 9 BBQ.

Over the past eight years, John has helped grow the Alamo Drafthouse Brand in El Paso. He played a vital role in developing their second location in El Paso, and has a hand in keeping the management teams tuned in the El Paso market.

Alessandro has served in various roles, such as Accounting Specialist, Compliance Officer, Operations Manager, and Projects Administrator. He has even founded and managed a successful micro-bakery, overseeing all aspects from strategy creation to customer service.

Through Allesandro's experience, he has led workforce teams to enhance customer experiences and optimize business operations with data and process analysis. Now, as an Executive Support and Analyst here at TTV, Alessandro provides strategic advice to identify growth opportunities.
