Norman brings over 25 years of restaurant, franchise and concept development experience to Triple Tap. Norman currently serves as CEO and president of a $250 million Sun Capital portfolio company, Restaurants Unlimited. Prior to this, he was CEO and co-founder of Fired Up, Inc., the parent company of Carino’s Italian, a $300 million system-wide revenue restaurant concept company with 144 restaurants and 10,000 employees. Norman also held various positions at Brinker International, parent company to the Chili’s and Macaroni Grill concepts, where he was responsible for the worldwide franchise programs of Chili’s, Macaroni Grill and On the Border.
Neil brings 15 years of corporate finance and management experience covering a wide range of industries including real estate. Neil’s experience ranges from entrepreneurial capital raising to serving as the head of investment banking for an institutional-focused financial services firm.
Scott brings 14 years of business management experience from various roles at Fortune 50 companies, including Dell Inc. and First Union Capital Markets (now part of Wells Fargo & Company). Scott's experience includes roles in operational leadership, business strategy and corporate finance.
Mike brings 30 years of securities, real estate and financing legal expertise to Triple Tap. Mike has served as General Counsel of Fired Up, Inc. since January 2002. Prior to that he practiced law from May 1978 through December 2001 in Dallas, Texas, with the law firm of Glast Phillips & Murray, PC and its predecessor firms.
Lacy brings over seven years of public relations and event planning experience, working with consumer and luxury brands in addition to some of the country's most notable hotel and restaurant organizations.
